in reply to Graham Downs • • •I decided to upgrade to the card a few years ago. Ran into so many obstacles, eventually got a message that because I had taken too long I had forfeited my fee.and my application was canceled.
Things are better now, I know this from getting my kids through the same system, but I just dont feel able to try yet again.
