The International Olympic Committee lifts its ban on Russian athletes. Nine European countries then suggest "lifting" all EU funding of The Olympic Committee:

Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, the ​Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Sweden.

Funny how it's mostly countries in direct line of fire from Russia. I wonder how that works.
