I'm old enough to remember when 23+ million people on every continent (including Antarctica) demonstrated against the war with Iraq.
I also remember the Iraq war happening anyway.
Demonstrations are not enough. We need a #GeneralStrike.

Especially the bonus for meeting quota, even if the arrests turn out to be totally false. Some sources say bonus is $2000.

Unsure I understand your point.
They are arresting Native Americans at/near reservations; some are US Citizens (eligible to vote in US elections!) with tribal membership.
They're not confining their actions to "battleground states", although they are putting much more force into states with Democratic leadership and voters, and being more selective in Confederate states.
Purpose for the "enforcement officers": the quota. Miller's purpose: steal election.

Riots and mass murders against Native Americans were generally not about voting. Most instances occurred before they had voting rights. Today, suppression of their vote is mostly by legislative or administrative trickery.
In some areas, it's dangerous for Native American individuals (particularly women) to venture off reservation, so fear of violence may affect some, but that's not the major limit on their voting.

Not if they were reasonable, or were truly "just enforcing immigration laws" but they're not. The kidnappings have already been happening for months. "Legally allowed" of course not.

“Under Pennsylvania law, the protections afforded by the Castle Doctrine extend to specific locations beyond a traditional house. These protected areas include a dwelling, residence, or occupied vehicle. The law also applies to a person’s place of business or employment, recognizing these as spaces where an individual has a right to feel safe.”
