but if you get an ectopic pregnancy you can die from that or be put in prison for getting necessary and appropriate medical care
if you miscarry, which happens in 25-50% of pregnancies you will also be put in prison

Above was described hiding pregnancy and inappropriate medical care, not being open and seeking correct care.
