@elaterite Oh yes, and it became more strong than predicted, and despite the strong moon light I could see it with the naked eye for a while.

Great! I tired to catch the original forecasted storm two nights ago. Skies were suppose to be clear and no wind. So I went to a nearby lake in northeastern California. The storm did not arrive as predicted. Apparently, it got slowed way down by a very slow solar wind that was in front of it. Ugh. 🫀 So I am back to waiting for another eruption pointed out direction. πŸ™‚ I am so glad you got to see a nice show!

@elaterite I was just wondering if you had been out, but I saw that it didn't at all become what they had expected. The forecast was really good that day/night. It is so unpredictable, those solar winds.

But it actually looks like it could be some at your corner of the world for tonight.
