Vegetarian is omni without corpses & vegan is neither a diet nor for climate (all though it certainly helps).

Cheese btw is as worse as Beef

I appreciate that the article mentioned they can't say if it's due to something the vegetarians ate or specifically didn't eat. Red meat seems universally bad, but I'll bet those vegetarians are eating a lot more cruciferous vegetables too!
