Release cycle completed. Please update so we can initiate the next release round with a long awaited feature ;) Generally delta apps are compatible to all currently released apps and because 15+ app stores come with all kinds of shenegigans and delays it sometimes takes two cycles to roll out new features, one forward compatible one and then the actual enabling one. We usually also try to degrade nicely if installed versions are further than a version apart. No worries ;)
what does Amazon mean? Do they also have an app store? 👀 Also do you plan to use alternative iOS app stores that are now possible in the EU? Just curious, I don't use ios myself.
@realsimon yes amazon has an Android App Store and, funny enough, its one of the store targets causing the least problems in terms of bureaucracy and rejections. We haven't looked into alternative iOS app stores lately. Last time we checked they are also still involving a lot of apple control, cost money and continued work to maintain for relatively unclear gain. Going for Huawei store for example opens delta up to hundred millions of people who otherwise can't install delta.
