Ooh, I just came across W, a lightweight CMS which lets you run a wiki-based website on ordinary shared hosting (being written in PHP, with a flat-file database). And the CMS has a responsive layout for editing on mobile!! And you can hand-code your website's layout instead of it coming with some default template that's really hard to meaningfully change. And it works without Javascript!! I kinda want to migrate my site (which I've barely touched at all this year, lol) to this software now.
