she said that cow's milk is "very similar" to breastmilk and I literally shouted back at my phone, "no it's not!!" It just kills me that these people are so badly educated. The nutritional profiles are extremely dissimilar. Otherwise why would we need to create formula?? Ugh
so true. I think about this constantly because it's such a hard problem to solve. how do we get people who have been essentially beaten out of an educational system that is really only good for producing cogs for the machine, to care about learning again, or maybe for the first time? Or do we just give in? do we have to make intellectual curiosity and scientific pursuits some kind of subculture or oppositional force?
