Pretty!
And explicit SteamOS system requirements I see. I trust it will run fine on #Steamdeck :)

Tabulo (2026) on #SteamDeck

So this is pitched as if chess and Balatro were combined. But what excites me about chess isn’t the movements per se, but how they’re used to take your opponent’s pieces. So this one misses the mark for me.

Man of Nollyn (2026) on #SteamDeck

A noir #mysterygame with point & click adventure elements. Not a terrible game, but everything is just a little too average. And I guess too average is a way of saying it’s not good.

Solitary in the Library (2026) on #SteamDeck

A psychological #horrorgame about a student stuck in a haunted library. Again, this is one of those games that plenty of people find aesthetically pleasing. Makes sense—especially with those character models. But I feel like this game is just… adequate. It just doesn’t enthuse me.

Speakeasy Simulator (2026) on #SteamDeck

I get the appeal. Who wouldn’t like to role-play as a Prohibition era bootlegger? Plus, it’s just generally an interesting period of time with iconic music and style. Sadly, the execution is just not there. Not recommended.

One Turn Kill (2026) on #SteamDeck

A deck building #RPG with anime graphics. A lot of people find this appealing, and I get why because it simply has a style lots of people love. But damn it, I have played so many games like this—and I kind of find it forgettable.

Deadcore Redux (2016) on #SteamDeck.

A fun little first person puzzle platformer. Like Portal, it has a gun that gives you specific powers. It’s actually quite relaxing.

The Fortress (2026) on #SteamDeck

Took a really long time to understand the controls because the tutorial is lacking. However, once you understand how things work, The Fortress becomes quite addictive. And I really love the art style too.

BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW (2026) on #SteamDeck.

A psychological horror game. Not very good and performs awful. But hey, it runs. There’s some social media aspect to this, but I personally found it boring. Some people seem to like it, though.

Legend of Heroes: Trails Beyond the Horizon on #SteamDeck.

So far, this is the best game of 2026. I know there will be other great games, but this one is absolutely amazing.

And this is actually part of the most rich ongoing JRPG sagas ever made, stretching back decades. Not many people know about Legend of Heroes in the West because the games are often localized into English many years later.

Nihon Falcom is regarded as one of the best #JRPG studios ever, and this is one of the reasons.

Golden Axe III from the #SEGA Mega Drive and Genesis Classics collection on #SteamDeck.

This is actually my favourite Golden Axe—although Golden Axe Warrior is a close second. The graphics are more colourful, the controls are more responsible. And, yes! A life bar!
