I always love seeing red-tailed bumblebees at this time of year. This one on a dandelion in Dawsholm Park in Glasgow has clearly been busy and has her face covered in pollen.

This little one spent most of the morning following me around as I tidied up my garden, and pouncing on all the little creatures I accidently disturbed. Given the number of worms and other creepy-crawlies it consumed, I'm amazed it could still get airborne by the time I'd finished!
