I recently taught a course while I was already slightly sick. During the next 2 1/2 hours of lecturing, I completely lost my voice and damaged my vocal chords. 🤦‍♂️ Don't be me, don't be stupid. Take care of your health first instead of doing things like this out of a sense of obligation.
