Coming out as trans takes an incredible amount of courage and integrity. It means being true to yourself despite facing ignorance, bigotry, and even the rejection of loved ones.
We should be proud of every single trans person. And we need to grieve all those we've lost.

There will be a ceremony at 4pm at crossbones graveyard (London bridge) and then vigil for Trans day of remembrance 6.30PM GMT in Soho square.
