So CBP claims they are here for security and this fawn piece by our local FOX affiliate #KTVU tries to reinforce that. They also are flying without typical transponders for tracking (yes they are cleared via ATC) and have dropped using their typical call signs like TROY etc
Their security mission is quite frankly bullshit and they need to simply go. They are using Moffett Field which is a Federal Airfield to stage.
