I don’t understand, this sort of thing never stopped Rightscon, CPDP, Nordic Privacy Arena, Amsterdam Privacy Week, or FOSDEM.

Maybe some tech folks are so next level they’re immune to institutional corruption or something. Yeah, that must be it. Otherwise it would mean they’re corrupt to the core.
