Online, fans are rioting about this. I'm sad not to see Europapa participate.

But.

Were this a disliked act, even just a minor member of the delegation, that was accused of intimidating a production crew member on a level that led to police investigating... these same people would be calling for blood and saying it's an underreaction to "just" disqualify.

Because it's a fan favorite, this is injustice, hearsay, and "fabricated". When we don't even know the details.

I’ve been seeing this elsewhere. #israel apparently got just under 40% of the #eurovision televotes in Italy whereas everything else was single digit. This is highly suspicious or could be pointing to quite the shock on Saturday.
