After a drizzly start for a walk along the coast path from Penbryn, most of it lost from view in low cloud, the sky cleared as I reached Llangrannog. I treated myself to lunch (with some Welsh cider) then continued onto the Lochtyn Peninsula, heading back inland before more weather rolled in.

Photo of a small rocky island at the tip of the peninsula. Can’t quite get it all in frame, at least not without getting uncomfortably close to the cliff edge. The top of the island is turfed with short grass. The sheer cliffs show an interesting geology of folds. White streaks through the dark grey, towards the tip on the left, I’m guessing are intrusions of a different rock. A dark sea cave in the centre. The sky is cloudy with blue patches.
