I got a comment recently from someone who's not able to start comics because they can't afford a tablet and I want to shout from the rooftops that you don't need fancy gear to make a comic!!! Both Dead City and Gender Slices were completely traditional (aside from some grey tones in Dead City).
I love traditional work. I love pens. I love ink.
Go grab some paper, grab a pen, and get started on your comic!!!

Reminder: most media outlets still distribute their newsfeed via an RSS link even if it's not visible!
What does it mean? You can combine all of them in a single app (Feeder in F-Droid for android devices is great, look for RSS in your app store otherwise) and doomscroll without adds nor selective algorithm.
How to find the link? While most websites removed then classical RSS "broadcast" logo from their social media banner, it's most usually still possible to get the feed by adding "rss" (if not, try with "feed") to the main URL of the website.
ex: https://mondoweiss.net/rss
What to do with the link? Copypaste it into your reader within the "add link" menu.
