It reads: STATE OF FLORIDA LOYALTY OATH (Do not sign this until you are in the presence of a Notary Public.) I ______________, a citizen of the State of Florida and the county if Pinellas employed by the University of South Florida and a Recipient of public funds as its employee, do hereby solemnly swear/affirm that I support the Constitution of the U.S.A. and the State of Florida. There is space below for an employee signature and blanks for a notary public to fill out.
