Despite being part of the #Fediverse (from what I read today), #Medium is one of the worst platforms out there. Having to pay to read articles is something that deeply irritates me. Similarly, having to use a proprietary DRM like Widevine to watch videos on Netflix, Amazon, Paramount, etc., is frustrating (long live #piracy).

Looks like #Ghost may be joining the #Fediverse!

I hope this is real and not hype because Ghost is my favourite blogging platform – a great alternative to #Medium and #Substack!

They already got great email integration. Adding ActivityPub would be beautiful!
