there seems to be something rotten in the state of our Supreme Court these days.
It seems to be going the same way as the US Supreme Court has already gone.

@marjolica I'm wondering how much of that was inevitable when it was set up in 2009. Definitely seems to be a move towards fewer human rights, which is surprising to me given the background of the judges. And that's without the political aspect of appointments like in the USA.
