Of course the message is that there's a trade-off between too little and too much, but I don't think the paper does a very good job at describing this middle ground (exactly 150min??), plus it's a bit of a juxtaposition between the body of the paper all for cautioning against too much
and conclusions:
"Though elite athletes may have an increased risk of developing athletic heart, exercise undoubtedly remains one of, if not the best, methods to maintain a healthy lifestyle."
