even in the London Mayoral elections this year, candidates are still whining about 'woke'

The majority of this fine city will ignore them, as we're exactly the sorts of people they whine about or fear.

Being anti-woke does still seem to mean the opposite of being smart, from the available evidence.

using woke as a pejorative is awesome because it immediately tells me all I need to know about them as a person and I can save my time and mental health by not having any further interactions with them ever.
