Driving this strong economic growth is robust employment -high employment rate in particular reflects historically elevated private sector employment. The share of ppl 25-54 with a private sector job in Sept 2024 (69.5%) wasn't only higher than in 2019 (69%) but -essentially the highest in US history. #Wages are at an all-time high aside from an anomalous blip in the middle of the pandemic.
