Nowhere does it mention the draconian laws that have been introduced to stop groups like #ExtinctionRebellion, #JSO and others from doing protests.
I bet that is a big reason that has put people off.
If they could be arsed to cover it, there are still other things going on, for example: earthfirst.uk/ which is happening now.
There are also local groups still dealing with local issues, eg: a38derbychaos.org/

Her angry, valid response:
"Maybe we all got sick of being arrested, imprisoned, tied up with court cases and community service and widely vilified for warning people so are focusing on softening the impacts of collapse now. Other people are welcome to go out and protest but I think the majority of people would rather boil, starve and die quietly."
