The talk of enemies knows nothing of how the US so often creates and maintained them.

Let me workshop something better off the top of my head... "Without diminishing their citizen's rights to celebrate national identity, nation states should recognise the fundamental arbitrariness of the concept of a single nation, and work towards a unified and harmonious global order".
I think that would serve the citizens of every nation better than an AI arms race to the bottom.
