the purpose of STEM was to create a precariat. no job security, only job hopping. away went bonuses, shares, retirement, pensions.
so why would workers document & mentor their replacements?
with a precariat comes INSTRUCTIONAL DEBT. capitalists think #AI will fix +30 years of lost expertise & memory.
