This is apparently the first Sora-generated brand commercial. It works fine stylistically for the brand but I’m not convinced people will tolerate purely generated content for all manner of commercials. Big step forward though.
If you haven’t seen the generated video from Justin Timberlake’s mugshot, that is the real kick in the teeth of the day for me. I don’t want to get sued though so go look it up.

in reply to Brian Sletten • • •literally the first frame: awful lot of cars up on the sidewalk, did they all hop the curb? Does the bush growing out of the sidewalk mark a parking spot?
I never notice this stuff unless I pause, but while watching it in motion there's always just something OFF about these videos and I think it comes down to every frame containing so much weird stuff that I can't even focus on any of it.

in reply to Rod Hilton • • •@rodhilton I think there’s almost an uncanny valley about all of these weird little artifacts even if we don’t focus on them. That’s why I don’t think it replaces much. I do think the Dandys weaponized those glitches in the “I Want to Help You With Your Problem” video.
