in reply to Electronic Frontier Foundation • • •My favorite approach is to uninstall any social media apps. Searching deeply would still uncover that they exist from things like email alerts I haven't managed to completely turn off, but would make it harder.
Better would be to have the phone off, but often I have things they ask for on the phone, like departing flight numbers or addresses for where I'll be staying.
