@URH1 not easily. Conceptually, operators have no way to send unsolicited messages to their users. It's not quite 100% true yet but we are working on making it so. We are also going for multi-relay support which means that the downtime of a single relay out of three you might be using, does not matter. Chatting will continue unimpeded. We Relay Operators could use the "channel" feature (needs to be enabled in the app-settings) to give status updates via one-way communications.
Relay-users can join via Link/QR-code.
