#DigitalSovereignty

in reply to Tuta

As you mention it...I did that already and although the Appimage somehow works okish on most distros, more distro-specific packages or even repositories would be nice... 🙄😉

#DigitalSovereignty seems a bit odd since it isn't self-hosted but runs on your servers, but I think I might switch partly from Proton to greener solution like this.

Ecological sustainability is starting to be more and more important to me.

Also, are you planning on flatpak releases instead of AppImages?
At least with your remote repo if FlatHub isn't viable. It would be nice :)

@The_Universality Hi there! We have a flatpak release although it is only experimental and therefore can cause (unpredictable) bugs.

It is GNU/Linux, not Linux. Linux is just a kernel which cannot replace Windows. GNU/Linux is a complete free software operating system which can replace Windows. Also your practice of referring to the OS as 'Linux', leaving the contribution of the GNU project out is revisionism which is unethical and unjust, and against the free software movement and the community.
