Maybe if the good guy lawyers who argue cases to #SCOTUS would add "Christian" a lot to their arguments, they'd win their cases, since that's now the criterion.

The opinions spell out the criteria.
In the Chiles case today the criterion was not violating the 1st Amendment's bar on censorship.
