For people that wonder what MinT is:

"MinT (Machine in Translation) is a machine translation service based on open-source neural machine translation models. The service is hosted in the Wikimedia Foundation infrastructure, and it runs translation models that have been released by other organizations with an open-source license."

PS: MinT does not support language detection. Fedilab uses the language returned by the Mastodon API.

I'll wait a bit on this one... Push notifications issue isn't resolved on my sude. I must rely on "fetch at fixed time" to have actual working notifications... To be clear, the setting for push notifications service don't stay and constantly reset back to the "not set" setting.

This is the bug we didn't succeed to reproduce. Could you tell us more about your device, android version and what version of the app you are using?

My device is a five year old Sony Xperia 1 gen 2 under official Android 12. And the version of the app is actually the 3.30 1 F-Droid build.

I plan to change it this year though

Before that was Ntfy and now Sunup. This one works perfectly with Tusky and Pachli (pretty sure that one is a fork of Tusky).

The weird part is : if I try to use the push notifications with the Sunup provider, I can see it in Sunup status, and, yet, no notifications. This isn't logical at all.

Don't worry though : the fetch at fixed tome set to 15 minutes works, so it isn't a big deal, for me at least.

App version 3.31.1 from play store (because it's easier to configure notification provider though it still does not work), translation from alt text causes a crash. Crash reports are turned on but aren't being generated, the app just force stops. Stock Android 15.
