In the latest #Fedilab (beta), you can filter an entire post. Tap the three horizontal dots at the bottom right of a message > Mute > Filter this post. Then add it to a filter. We recommend creating a dedicated filter for this. Of course, it syncs with your Mastodon account and you can manage filtered posts from both the app and Mastodon.

And what does it do? How is it related? Keywords, account, instance, whatever ... ?

This is actually what I thought Mute Conversation did. Does that just mute the replies?

Mute conversation is useful when your handle is in a conversation and you get notified for each reply.
Here, muting a message is mostly useful when you don't want to see it pop up again on a boost or a quoted message.
