you'd have to ask your admin, @admin, considering they haven't posted in 4 months, I doubt you'll get a response...😬

that's up to you. If it's been happening often, maybe consider migrating to another instance. Which you'd have to create the account first and then go through the migration process in Preferences > Account

But if it's just been 1 incident and everything else is fine, I wouldn't worry too much too soon.
