Then go live-stream a sermon about 'faith.'
It’s strange, really, how a religion built on a man crucified by the state for challenging power has become a tool for protecting it.

It's hard to imagine Jesus being welcome in many of the USA churches bearing his name.

The post was not sexual nor was it violent. The video was broadcast on normal TV by a channel that is careful to censor actual violent imagery.

Again the German mastodon social moderators show their bias. Fucking disgraceful.

We know some people are maliciously flagging posts - the moderators should have learned not to be Israel's propaganda puppets by now.

Mastodon has a built-in translation system for posts in other languages. For it to work, three things have to happen:

- Your server has to offer the service
- Your language settings have to be correct
- The person posting has to use the correct language settings

If all these are ok, you will see a "Translate" link below the post or in the post's ⋯ menu when you encounter a post in a foreign language.

Sunday morning I took a walk in a #forest. Made some #photos; here's five of them.

For some time, I was considering dropping one or splitting the post; all because #mastodon for no reason imposes arbitrary limit of 4 photos per post and silently drops “excessive” ones. Even though I do use different software, and I can attach more, you will probably see only four.

And then I thought: fuck it. Not my problem. There are five.

I'm seeing random posts show up in my federated timeline from "@toa_Holoris@ wake.0am.jp".

I'm on a single user instance and the content does not appear to being boosted by anybody I follow, nor does it contain any hashtags I follow.

Any suggestions as to how?

I'm going to block them anyway.

For months, I posted into the void, interacted and followed people and slowly I built, and continue to build, my online family. It's not easy.

I feel like the interactions here are a lot more real. I try my best to keep up and interact and not just have a follower count. That's also not easy.

But for all the difficulties the payoff for me is enormous. This is my online home and you are my online people.
