A French #court handed #MarineLePen a 5-year ban on running for office on embezzlement charges Monday, dashing her ambitions of standing in the 2027 presidential race unless she successfully appeals. 🔴 The judges also gave #LePen a four-year prison sentence - of which two years are a suspended sentence - and a 100,000 euro fine.
