C-1 Lion 1 cable between Finland and Germany was damaged in the Swedish economic Zone. It was previously damaged in November 2024

Officials were notified of the incident yesterday.

An investigation is in progress.

Prime Minister of Sweden commented on the incident:
"We take all reports of possible damage to infrastructure in the Baltic Sea very seriously.
