Back again with another postmarketOS booting on iPhone 6 post! This time its testing out netbooting since its a bit more stable now.
First, here we have systemd-appled, otherwise known as just the systemd logs displaying on the framebuffer.
(The phone is physically worn. I promise that isn't grime.)

in reply to justsoup • • •How well's it run on an apple phone in comparison to an android one, or to iOS? I just recently put it on an old zenfone3 I dug out storage, I'm quite impressed, it's much better'n android on that device.

in reply to eshep • • •@eshep Well, the iPhone 6 is one of the least supported iPhones for Linux. This device would be about equivalent to a shiny lamp that has text on it. It can't do anything other than fail to boot.
An iPhone X at least can get to a GUI, but it can barely do anything past that. I'd stay away from iPhones if you want to use postmarketOS.
