he's a coward, narcissist, & misogynist who did incalculable harm to my country in service of Putin so that's a villain by my definition

also

his cowardice led him to lock himself up for 12 years, far more than the US would have for his crimes which i predict he'll now exploit to make millions on the lecture circuit since it's a reality of human psychology that some people can never admit their first impression of a person was wrong

so

yeah not a victim
