I am always happy when I see this on my wisteria. This is the handiwork of leaf cutter bees. You can tell by the nearly perfect circular cutouts they make. I've only seen them actually cutting circles once. You can hear their jaws working like tiny little scissors. It's the funniest thing. #gardening #pollinators #PNW
