The only real winner in this whole musical chairs game at Red Bull is Checo.
This has proven that it wasn’t him, but the car. And he walked away with probably a boatload of cash after Red Bull bought out the rest of his contract.

in reply to steve mookie kong • • •It is surprising how quickly the media are now putting Yuki down already, even before the official announcement, saying he has just as much chance of getting anything good out of the current car… and is also likely to have a rough round at his home GP. It isn’t fair on any of them.
What a pity RB don’t invest in the junior drivers like Mercedes do. Sounds like Kimi has had a ton of running in the old car, in the last few months. And boy, does it show.
