LVMH stepping into Formula 1 in 2025 for a rumored annual sum of US$150 million is proof of that. Rolex has sponsored the biggest motorsport circus on Earth since 2011. Initially, the world’s biggest and most famous luxury watch brand paid US$10 million annually, which rose to US$50 million per F1 season. That’s a lot of money, but it’s also three times less than what LVMH is willing to pay to make TAG Heuer the Official Timekeeper.
