Ya know Lena, when I think of Sweden, I think of many things (The Hives, mainly) but never of cheese. My curiosity getting the better of me, a quick search brought up this. cheeseprofessor.com/blog/7-dis… Do you have a personal favourite?

He he, well always nice to learn something new, right?

I have many favourite cheese's. but among these 7 I would definitely choose the blue cheese (Ädelost), if I buy one I can't stop eating it at once ;-)

Västerbotten is also a really good one.
