A cartoon done in the style of the famous "everything is fine" comic which usually depicts a dog sitting in the middle of a room that is on fire, trying to seem unbothered.

Instead of the dog it's a wide-eyed cartoon depiction of Lucy MacLean from the Fallout TV show, with a speech bubble with her "Okey Dokey" catchphrase, giving a thumbs up while sitting in a post-apocalyptic room, with sand on the ground, gigantic cockroaches roaming around, and two skeletons sitting across the table from her while there's a bottle of "Vault-Tec Plan D" right in front of her.
