Edit: he eventually came out on stage but apparently seems extremely exhausted and defeated.

Later today he’ll post on Truth Social (sic) in ALL CAPS that the Democrats deliberately created Hurricane Helene to ruin infrastructure so that the tens of thousands registered for the rally couldn't actually attend — ELECTION INTERFERENCE!
