I love Harper's Ferry. It was both the starting point and the midpoint when I hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2013. The Appalachian Trail Conservancy Headquarters are located there and open to the public.

it's a beautiful little town. One of my favorite places to go hiking. And there's a great brewery!
