With DeltaChat the message "Establishing guaranteed end-to-end encryption, please wait" happens because the other end has to accept my chat?

it's a UI glitch if the please-wait message stays although the chat is usable already. Will be fixed with next release. Otherwise the message indicates that the other side needs to be online a d receive the invite handshake still.
