When logging into Wordpress.org (login.wordpress.org) you have to confirm that you are not affiliated with WPEngine.

While this looks petty and childish it's another sign the Wordpress is in the hands of people who can't find less destructive ways to handle their fucking midlife crisis.

I am very pro WordPress users filing a lawsuit as a class and also submitting complaints to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

@tante as a developer with over twenty years of working with Wordpress, this whole situation is so disappointing. WP Engine is my go to for Wordpress projects, I’m not here for the drama, I just want things to be reliable.
