Celebrating ½ birthdays is important, Pippin says. “It’s like having a regular birthday, but you get twice the treats.”

I’m not sure her math works out, but Pippin turned 17 ½ this week. 🤗

Looking almost straight down on a senior Siberian Forest cat as she sits upright on a wooden floor in anticipation of tuna treats. Her greenish eyes are locked in on my hand (not seen) as I remove the treat from the bag. She is a small cat, only 6 lbs, and is a tortie, her fur being several shades of brown (and a little gray has crept in over the last few years.) She also has one white whisker.
